I my process consists of starting with concept you've provided, gathering extensive references, sculpting from low poly overall forms to high poly micro details in Zbrush, retopologizing for animation ready models and modeling in Blender, making of dynamic clothing in Marvelous designer, PBR realistic texturing in Substance painter, and finally look development, posing and rendering in Blender Cycles.
